• Manage the initiation, coordination, and completion of multiple projects within the Information Technology department
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments
• Oversee all aspects of software development including user requirements, development, and testing timelines
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations throughout the project lifecycle

• 2-4 years of project management experience in an enterprise environment
• 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Other Professional Certifications a plus
• Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities and demands
• Strong interpersonal skills to defuse tension among project teams
• Experience in healthcare IT project management
