• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and design teams to define feature requirements for AI-enabled products
• Drive product discovery by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Define success metrics and support the team in delivering measurable customer outcomes
• Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure effective messaging and launch readiness for new features
• Engage directly with customers to validate ideas and inform product decisions

• Experience in product management with strong foundational skills; experience in SaaS and/or B2B products is highly desirable
• Good understanding of UX principles and modern product discovery practices
• Ability to interpret user behavior and leverage data to inform decisions
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to anticipate complexity and potential trade-offs
• Clear and effective communication skills, capable of explaining product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with engaging, user-centric digital products
• Ability to create prototypes and low-fidelity mock-ups to demonstrate ideas
• General exposure to or interest in AI-powered products, including generative AI or intelligent automation
