Join Onvida Health for a role focused on analysis, build, implementation, support, maintenance, development and coordination of activities for assigned applications, acting as a liaison between vendors, teams, customers and technical staff. Knowledge of policies, procedures and healthcare operations is expected.

• Participate in analysis, build, testing, documentation and implementation of optimization or projects related to informatics.
• Interact with customers to determine information needs and objectives; assess current workflows and application configurations; document end user needs and requirements; build and test application software to meet identified needs; ensure a consistent project approach.
• Develop, maintain and adhere to project plans; liaise across departments, staff and vendors to meet objectives; monitor progress and provide formal status reports; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Ensure timely maintenance of assigned applications; coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and interface work with teams, departments and vendors; facilitate enhancement requests; serve as day-to-day vendor contact.
• Follow change control policies; create, update and maintain test scripts; document workflow and software changes; communicate upcoming changes to analysts and testers; track issues to resolution in test and live environments.
• Coordinate training and ensure end users are informed of changes; work with trainers to prepare tips, guides and intranet communications.
• Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills; document, track and follow up on incidents; work with end users and vendors to resolve issues; submit enhancement requests and system changes; meet defined SLAs and metrics for incident resolution and service requests.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts; collaborate with customers to determine reporting objectives and ensure consistent reporting approaches.

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Epic Certification required
• 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare setting with EHR systems in an analytical or implementation role
