About the role
As a Customer Success Manager your journey with the customer begins at the time when the project is launched, and the customer starts working with the new ecommerce portal we have delivered.
You will have the full responsibility for our customer’s satisfaction and your job is to make sure they take advantage of all the features and areas in Truvio Commerce / Dynamic Web All-in-One business platform. It’s important that you work with our project delivery team and our customers to meet their online goals regardless if it has to do with conversation rate optimization or bigger picture digital transformation.
You will have clients across North America with a vast network of international partners that span multiple time zones.
You’ll work closely within a sales team focused on Truvio Commerce / Dynamic Web, collaborating daily with project management, solution architects, and support. Training and development take place alongside the sales team to ensure strong alignment and shared success.
Responsibilities- Own the ongoing relationship with existing customers after project launch, ensuring clear communication, high satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Identify new opportunities and initiatives within customer organizations where Truvio Commerce / Dynamic Web is a strong mutual fit, and collaborate with customers and internal project management teams on discovery, scoping, planning, and quoting.
- Provide regular status updates internally and to customers, with a strong focus on progress against planned initiatives, risks, and upcoming activities.
- Communicate Truvio Commerce / Dynamic Web product roadmap and new initiatives clearly and effectively to customers.
- Proactively escalate and communicate customer feedback, risks, and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for aligning expectations, budgets, and resource forecasting for each customer engagement.
- Apply and share best practices and project insights across customers to drive continuous improvement.
- Train customers across all aspects of the Truvio Commerce / Dynamic Web All-in-One platform to ensure they maximize value from the solution.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the commerce landscape and a genuine passion for technology, combined with a customer-centric mindset and a drive to help customers succeed in their digital transformation journey.
- Around 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- At least 7 years of experience in account management, project management, or consultative selling
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proven consultative sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions
The position requires a strong executor who can work both strategically and tactically in close collaboration with customers as well as internal teams such as project management, support, developers, and partners. You are commercially driven and solution-oriented, with a consultative approach to selling and a solid technical understanding of e-commerce solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills enable you to clearly articulate value, while your project management capabilities help ensure successful delivery.
You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who requires minimal supervision, proactively plans and completes work, and consistently demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
Location: North America (remote)
Work style: Work is remote and performed from employee’s home office.

Travel: Regular travel up to 10%.
Compensation
:
Target total earnings of approximately 180,000 USD per year, combining base salary and performance-based incentives.
