About the Role
As a Connectivity Engineer at Hologic, you’ll play a vital role in remotely supporting healthcare customers, focusing on the functionality and interoperability of networked medical devices. You’ll solve technical challenges, deliver outstanding customer service, and work collaboratively to maximize product uptime and ensure seamless connectivity within healthcare information system environments.
Responsibilities- Provide Expert Support:
- Remotely investigate and troubleshoot connectivity and interoperability issues with healthcare IT systems.
- Use diagnostic tools to resolve technical problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Deliver prompt, high-quality support to customers and colleagues.
- Own Your Cases:
- Take responsibility for escalated cases, keep stakeholders informed, and drive resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate expert resources and management as needed.
- Document Thoroughly:
- Record investigation details, actions taken, and solutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate & Communicate:
- Work closely with teammates and customers to resolve issues.
- Participate in technical discussions during customer meetings.
- Dispatch field engineers for onsite tasks with clear instructions.
- Grow Your Knowledge:
- Regularly update your understanding of Hologic products, networking, and interoperability.
- Use the knowledge base and training opportunities to stay current.
- Identify areas for process improvement and share your insights.
- Support Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies, FDA regulations, ISO requirements, and quality system procedures.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,300 - $102,200 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
