Project Coordinator

Overview

Client is looking for 2 project coordinators that will help with the Corewell Joint Venture. They will be converting 150 Corewell sites to Quest sites and they will have technicians traveling around doing site surveys and getting the clinics ready. They need project coordinators to help schedule the sites. They will be calling the clinics and prepping them in advance of the techs coming.

They will also be involved in the telecom piece of making sure they help with coordinating the cabling needs, internet installation, and VOIP phone installation. Someone with network and telecom knowledge is a huge plus. Need someone with strong communication skills both written and verbal. This work follows CST hours, Mon-Fri 8-5. May involve some weekend work but not often.

This work needs to be completed by Dec 31st but may have earlier timelines for specific sites.

• Coordinate project activities for site conversions from Corewell to Quest across multiple locations.
• Schedule site surveys and prep clinics prior to technician visits.
• Coordinate telecom requirements including cabling, internet installation, and VOIP phone installation.
• Communicate with clinics—both written and verbal—to prepare in advance of technician visits.
• Support coordination with CST hours, with occasional weekend work as needed.

• Project coordination experience with scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical knowledge in networking and telecom is a strong plus.
• Intermediate experience level in related roles.
