• Identify and evaluate new monetization and growth opportunities across the employer's platform

• 3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, product analytics, or growth
• Experience in marketplace, ads, or platform monetization environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Ability to operate independently in a high-ambiguity environment with a sense of ownership
• A builder mindset focused on execution rather than just strategy development

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with travel industry dynamics and trends
• Proven track record of driving growth in a technology or fintech context
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Passion for travel and technology innovation
