• Create and refine help guides about the employer's products, explaining complex concepts in clear and accessible language
• Specialize in content supporting service sellers, focusing on areas like storefront design and transaction management
• Optimize content based on data, analytics, industry best practices, and internal feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience for service seller customers
• Utilize AI technology as an assistive writing tool to enhance content development efficiency

• 3+ years of experience creating help center/support content, preferably in eCommerce, web publishing, or related fields
• Experience building and executing content strategy for complex new product areas
• Strong ability to accept feedback from multiple stakeholders to improve content quality
• Proficiency in using metrics to guide strategic, data-driven content decisions
• Familiarity with help/documentation CMS, project management, and bug-tracking software (e.g., Zendesk, Confluence, Jira)

• Experience using GenAI tools in content development
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Experience in frontline customer support
• A portfolio showcasing support content or technical documentation authored by you
