Digital Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a Digital Data Analyst who is not only adept at handling digital analytics platforms but also possesses a keen business acumen. This role is central to our commitment to provide actionable insights derived from a comprehensive analysis of data from various digital platforms.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from pivotal digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, Google Marketing Platform, and other related tools.

Analyze digital data to discern trends, insights, and opportunities that will bolster business growth and refine user experience.

Help establish data management SOPs and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer data-driven recommendations and insights.

Implement AI and machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis and predictive capabilities.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

Uphold data integrity and precision across all analytics platforms and reports.

Help build data models and custom APIs that will power our suite of digital products.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics.

Partner with IT and other departments to ensure smooth data integration and accessibility.

Educate and support team members on analytics tools and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of hands‑on experience in digital data analytics.

Mastery in ETL processes and a deep understanding of digital platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, and Google Marketing Platform.

Prior experience with AI and machine learning techniques—especially in dynamic automation.

Proficient in modern data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Snowflake.

Stellar analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
