Description York Solutions is hiring Sharepoint Developer in onsite and contract capacity.
Role:
Sharepoint Developer
Location:
Richfield, MN
Duration: 1 year
Hybrid: 2–3 days per week
Hourly Rate: $50.00-$55.00 W2
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years enterprise SharePoint Online administration experience (tenant + large-scale sites).
- Strong knowledge of governance, permissions, site architecture, and cross-tenant standards.
- 3+ years Power Shell (PnP), Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint REST API experience.
- Experience addressing issues across large, complex M365 environments.
- Strong understanding of classic-to-modern modernization, including patterns, limitations, and workflows.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations, including tools like Share Gate.
- ITSM experience (Service Now preferred) and ability to participate in incident/change/problem processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Advanced Management and data hygiene practices.
- Experience working in hybrid global teams.
- Familiarity with Entra , Power Platform governance, Teams integrations, and lifecycle management.
- Experience migrating on-prem data sources to M365.
- Prior enterprise experience with large, distributed SharePoint environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
