Scrum Master at Baires Dev

As a Scrum Master, you'll lead, coach, teach, and unblock team members with the goal of having a successful deliverable during the project’s lifecycle. You'll be in charge of anticipating and mitigating issues and generating confidence from the client about the execution quality and expertise level of the team. The Scrum Master is the perfect role for career path evolution within the project and Baires Dev.

Any achievement will be exposed to shine and recognition. Once you are hired, you enter a Top Talent Pool, and from there, you are assigned a project. While you are without an assigned project, you work on onboarding activities and methodology audits.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the Agile methodology absorption across the team members.
  • Lead the Agile ceremonies during the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Product Owner on the description and estimation of tasks.
  • Ensure the proper understanding of the project status by using Agile metrics and reports.
  • Help to unblock any team member, activity, or issue that requires attention.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
  • US Visa (B1-B2 or ESTA) is mandatory.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience working for IT companies (desirable).
