• Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
• Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
• Conduct maintenance and technical support on equipment and integrated systems at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime
• Lead product technical repair and clinical use training for domestic and international staff

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Strong technology background with a customer‑centric mindset
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for conveying complex technical issues
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and ability to read schematics and engineering drawings

• Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
• Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
• Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
• Ability to troubleshoot with technical skills and creativity
