• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during training exercises
• Simulate actions and communications of pilots and air traffic controllers
• Input commands and translate displayed information using appropriate ATC terminology
• Respond to students' voice commands via the communication system
• Complete necessary certifications related to airspace and procedures

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
• Clear verbal communication skills to ensure understanding
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience and certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65 regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with current technological tools (tablets, notebooks, applications)
• Experience with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
