• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during air traffic controller training exercises
• Respond to student commands and simulate pilot actions using proper phraseology
• Complete required certifications, including classroom and lab tests on airspace and procedures
• Maintain accurate communication with students, translating displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology
• Collaborate with team members, including multimedia developers and instructors, to enhance training effectiveness

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

• Experience and certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with current technological tools (tablets, notebooks, applications, etc.)
• Basic understanding of pilot/controller communications or phraseology
