This is a national multi‑billion dollar healthcare organization with an amazing culture. The department is responsible for the generation, billing, and follow‑up of claims for the company's patients to their insurance providers. As an analyst on this team, you will join a dynamic, growing team at the center of the revenue cycle, helping us drive operations and strategy through data management, project management, and a deep understanding of revenue‑cycle challenges.

As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Translating existing recurring reports into innovative and insightful Tableau dashboard visualizations.
• Developing and designing new Tableau dashboards requested by revenue operations partners to address key business challenges.
• Meeting with stakeholders to ensure dashboards meet business needs and expectations.
• Utilizing SQL/ETL experience to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions that optimize data and analytics usage.
• Maintaining and supporting data analytics platforms while ensuring performance, security, and availability.
• Training and supporting end users to maximize the value of implemented dashboards and tools.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Tableau developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools for managing and manipulating data.
• Strong experience developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau dashboards and analytics, and knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture.
• Excellent understanding of business operations in the finance industry.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable Tableau‑driven solutions.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
