Director of Enterprise Infrastructure & Services

Overview

We’re seeking a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure & Services to lead the strategy, modernization, and day-to-day operation of our enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you’ll guide cloud transformation, strengthen security and resilience, and build a high-performing team that delivers reliable, customer-focused IT services.

You’ll work closely with the CIO, IT leaders, and business partners to ensure our infrastructure—on-prem, cloud, and hybrid—enables agility, scalability, and long-term growth.

Location: The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity between our Home Office in Enumclaw, WA, and remotely. Candidate must live within driving distance of our Home Office and have high-speed internet; internet speed test required.

• Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned to business goals and risk tolerance.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure services, including cloud platforms, networks, operations, and help desk.
• Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and Dev Ops-aligned operating practices.
• Ensure strong security posture, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing infrastructure and operations teams.

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including cloud and infrastructure modernization.
• Strong expertise across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
• Experience in transitioning from mainframe based policy engine application to the cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, and modern operations practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and partner effectively with business leaders.
• Strong business acumen, including cloud economics and cost optimization.

Hiring Range: $196,700 - $218,600*

Salary Range: $196,700 - $240,000
