• Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle management system, ensuring efficient processes for contract drafting, review, approval, execution, and archival
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining legal operations workflows using automated and AI-powered solutions
• Utilize data analytics tools to develop key operational metrics and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement technology-based solutions that improve workflows and knowledge management
• Lead legal technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring data integrity throughout system integrations and migrations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience with contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations workflows
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage technology projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
• Experience in developing KPIs and dashboards
• Innovative and creative problem solver
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and automation tools relevant to legal processes
