• Drive qualified pipeline and bookings for Custom AI Companion and vertical AI products across enterprise, government, and commercial accounts
• Design outcome-focused AI implementation proposals that map current processes and define AI-augmented workflows
• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify high-value AI use cases in IT, customer experience, and operations
• Lead customer workshops and executive briefings that convert interest into production deployments
• Create field-ready assets including solution decks, vertical playbooks, and outcome-focused talk tracks

• Demonstrate 4+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI consulting with enterprise customers
• Apply working knowledge of generative AI concepts including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation
• Design and explain solution architectures that integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party enterprise systems
• Present and facilitate technical concepts for senior business and IT audiences with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams while leading through influence rather than authority

• Leverage advanced prompt engineering skills and understanding of frontier model behavior across various platforms
• Prototype solutions using Python or similar tools; experience with Salesforce, Service Now, Jira, or cloud AI services
