This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a strong Informatica IDMC (CDI/CAI) developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise integrations that connect critical applications across our global ecosystem. In this role, you’ll define integration standards, architect end‑to‑end data and application flows, and drive hands‑on development of APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and automation workflows.

This position is Remote, based in India.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integrations using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Develop secure, scalable interfaces between cloud applications, on-premises systems, and external partners.
- Define integration patterns, standards, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Translate business and data requirements into detailed technical integration designs.
- Build mappings, tasks, APIs, microservices, and orchestrations within IDMC.
- Configure and tune IDMC components, including connections, agents, mapping tasks, ingress/egress jobs, and process automation workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior developers; perform code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines across operational systems, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.
- Ensure integration solutions meet performance, reliability, and data quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, latency issues, and agent-level connectivity challenges.
- Design and deploy API-driven integrations, event-based workflows, and synchronous/asynchronous processes.
- Build process objects and service connectors using CAI.
- Partner with application owners (ERP, CRM, MDM, SaaS platforms) to deliver end-to-end integration flows.
- Implement integration governance covering version control, deployment pipelines, and documentation.
- Ensure integrations comply with security standards, data privacy guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Maintain integration inventories, mapping documents, and operational runbooks.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data and application integration using Informatica platforms (IICS required).
- Strong expertise in:
- Experience integrating with cloud and SaaS systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP, Azure/AWS services).
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience deploying and managing Secure Agents.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of leading projects from concept to production.
- Experience in Informatica MDM or other Master Data Management platforms
- Background with manufacturing or distribution industies.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices for integration deployments (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message-based integrations (Kafka, MQ, Pub/Sub).
