UHP is currently affiliated with 182 providers consisting of 119 physicians and 63 advanced practice providers operating out of 54 locations across Southern, Central, and Northern California.
SUMMARY
A business intelligence (BI) manager oversees a team that transforms raw data into actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making within an organization. Their responsibilities include leading the development of data-driven strategies, designing and maintaining data models and dashboards, managing BI tools and technology, and ensuring data quality. They collaborate with stakeholders, interpret complex data sets, present findings, and foster a culture of data literacy to improve business performance and efficiency.
This is a remote position, and worker location must be within Unio Health Partners authorized states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, , IL, IA, NV, NM, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA and WI.
What you will be doing- Contribute to the ongoing implementation of the organization's business intelligence strategy
- Oversee the transformation of raw data into meaningful information through data modeling, data mining, and visualization, creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the organization and resolve any data quality issues.
- Manage, mentor and provide guidance to the BI team
- Partner with different departments and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Present data findings, interpretations, and strategic recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- 10 years’ experience in Healthcare
- 3 years’ experience using Athena One
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare data and analysis
- Experience using Power
BI, SQL, Apache Superset Dashboards preferred - Bachelor’s in technology preferred, or equivalent experience
- Up to 20% travel
