In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing and transforming client data into a templated format, engaging/consulting with clients on regular calls, and working cross‑functionally to create and prioritize configuration and setup of client systems.

We are looking for a senior individual contributor who can confidently navigate technical implementation tasks, manage executive and operational stakeholders and provide consultative guidance on solution configuration best practices. You will be part of a result driven, detail oriented, and organized team, and will be responsible for building relationships and working with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems.

• Own delivery execution of complex/enterprise‑level implementations from post‑sale handoff through go live, including standardizing and transforming client data into templated format and completing system configurations, data validation, testing, UAT and customer enablement sessions.
• Lead customer‑facing calls and follow‑up on post‑call items such as developing product specs, product mock‑ups, next steps and customer‑specific training materials.
• Become a product and domain expert—from workflow and feature functionalities to main customer use cases.
• Translate customer business processes, funding workflows and roles into solution configurations and work together with customer and/or internal teams to find solutions to meet client needs/workflows.
• Interface with the internal teams to scope requests, implement new feature requests, and set up integrations.
• Document configuration decisions, data assumptions, dependencies, and business rules for internal continuity and handoffs.
• Participate and coordinate light scoping for contracted custom features, enhancements, or integrations, including validating and documenting customer expectations, acceptance criteria, and constraints.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into sprint‑ready requirements and Jira tickets.
