• Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate all ART-level ceremonies, ensuring disciplined execution and accountability
• Manage cross-team dependencies, release sequencing, and delivery risks for end-to-end program execution
• Act as the primary escalation point for ART-level risks and drive resolution across organizational boundaries
• Provide oversight and guidance to Scrum Masters and Agile leaders, enhancing SAFe maturity
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and delivery predictability

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance; preference for candidates with active DOD clearance
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or Agile leadership roles
• 3–5+ years of experience operating within SAFe at scale, including experience as a Release Train Engineer
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs involving SAP implementations or sustainment

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations
• SAP experience in areas such as Budget, FM, FI, CM, PS, CO, PPS, Payments, MM, SD, PS, SCM, D&S, QM, BTP
