Program Manager

As the Program Manager, you will join the Supply Chain department supporting the Med Tech sector of a Fortune 50 Life Sciences company. You will be responsible for managing the program portfolio of multiple advances planning systems projects in support of Med Tech initiatives. Your program management will be instrumental in running a global program in the SC Plan environment spanning between business + IT.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
• 5+ years successfully leading and managing projects and product developments in regard to advanced planning systems (APV)
• Extensive experience managing enterprise system implementations in complex highly matrixed environments
• Deep experience of Supply Chain & demand planning
• Must understand business challenges in planning to translate them into system deployment

• Experience with tools ANAPLAN, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder would be relevant

• Oversee the overall implementation lifecycle, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts
• Facilitate inter-department collaboration, make recommendations for improving project efficiencies and help build the strategy for prioritizing project deliverables/desired outcomes
• Responsible for advising stakeholders, audit & QA, reviewing projects, and mentoring project teams
• Expand and configure demand planning models to support new operational use cases
• Scale demand planning solutions across multiple business units and platforms
• Design and prepare pipelines for future automation
