This role combines people coordination, internal support, and light brand engagement. As our Online Generalist Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the team—keeping things organized, communicating with team members, assisting with onboarding, and supporting online presence efforts.

Maintain team documentation and knowledge bases

Contribute to community and culture engagement initiatives

Provide basic support for outreach and online content distribution

Is organized, communicative, and proactive

Enjoys working with digital tools and collaborating remotely

Has a passion for helping teams work better together

Can manage multiple tasks independently with strong attention to detail

Has experience or interest in internal ops, remote collaboration, or team support
