- Lead and facilitate all ART-level ceremonies, ensuring disciplined execution and accountability
- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple SAP teams by managing dependencies and delivery risks
- Act as the primary escalation point for ART-level risks and conflicts, driving resolution across boundaries
- Provide oversight and guidance to Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to enhance SAFe maturity
- Deliver clear communication to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance; preference for candidates with an active DOD clearance
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or Agile leadership roles
- 3–5+ years of experience operating within SAFe at scale, with hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer
- Proven experience leading large, complex SAP implementation programs
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA implementations - SAP experience in areas such as Budget, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
