Integration Tech Lead – CRM & AWS
Location:Hybrid (Philadelphia, PA / Remote Options Available)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM platforms, cloud-native architectures (AWS), and API-driven integration frameworks. You’ll play a key role in shaping the organization’s integration strategy, connecting critical business platforms, and ensuring seamless data flow across applications and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement enterprise integration architectures connecting CRM systems with ERP, analytics, and external applications.
- Define integration standards, data flow models, and governance practices to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain integration frameworks leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, and Step Functions.
- Collaborate closely with application owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead integration design workshops, define reusable API patterns, and drive best practices across the integration landscape.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to ensure reliable data synchronization and system uptime.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure integrations adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
- 7 years of experience in system integration, solution architecture, or enterprise application design.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud integration architectures.
- Proficiency in API design and management (REST, SOAP, Graph
QL) and tools such as Apigee, Mule Soft, or AWS API Gateway. - Experience with event-driven and message-based integration using SQS, SNS, Kafka, or MQ.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks (OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT) and data protection best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience integrating CRM with ERP or data analytics platforms.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and Dev Ops principles.
