Hybris Commerce Business Analyst

Looking for a Hybris Commerce Business Analyst with hands‑on experience as a BA/functional process expert for 2–3 full‑cycle projects. Must have 7+ years of experience in commerce/enterprise application projects across all phases.

• Conduct and facilitate discovery sessions.
• Meet business and technology users and gather detailed requirements through remote sessions.
• Create user stories and process flows.
• Perform "as‑is/to‑be" analysis on business processes.
• Perform functional analysis to advise clients on Hybris implementation.
• Provide best practices and design patterns for Hybris e‑Commerce application software and foster discussions on practices.
• Analyze requirements and prepare a finalized scope matrix as well as a functional requirements document.
• Break down requirements into low‑level user stories.
• Discuss user stories with clients’ business and technology users, conduct user story walkthroughs, identify dependencies & acceptance criteria, and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop a test strategy and testing plan to review the developed code for completeness and alignment with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Groom user stories to fit sprint plans.
• Conduct prioritization discussions and maintain/manage backlog.
• Understand and apply Scrum/Agile practices.
• Hands‑on work on Jira or a similar tool.
