🌟 What You’ll Do
- CRM Cleanup & Data Management:
Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM. Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment. - Workflow Automation:
Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module. Automate lead‑to‑deal conversion and reduce manual processes. Build task automation to maximize team productivity. - Reporting & Dashboards:
Create real‑time dashboards for key company KPIs. Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health. Empower leadership with data‑driven decision‑making. - Customer Portals & Engagement:
Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients. Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress. Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions. - AI & Integration:
Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.). Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform. Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
- Proven experience with Zoho One applications, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.
- Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions.
- Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals.
- Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions.
