BRIDGE is hiring a Manager, Growth & Demand Generation to own lead generation and pipeline growth. This role will build and scale our demand engine across paid media, organic social, lifecycle nurture, events/webinars, and partner initiatives—turning campaigns into qualified leads, sales opportunities, and revenue. Success is measured by pipeline generated, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Responsibilities- Own BRIDGE’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound channels
- Build and run multi-channel acquisition programs (Linked In, Google/You Tube, Meta, and emerging channels)
- Develop persona-based campaigns and offers that convert into meetings and opportunities
- Manage CRM and marketing database (15,000+ contacts): segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, routing, and nurture
- Lead demand-driving webinars, events, thought leadership, and conversion follow-up programs
- Partner with Sales to support robust annual pipeline generation through targeted growth initiatives
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance benchmarks to maximize ROI
- Create dashboards and reporting to track funnel performance: leads → SQLs → pipeline
- Champion experimentation and continuous optimization across channels and campaigns
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Pipeline created / influenced
- SQLs and meetings booked
- Conversion rates (lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity)
- CPL, cost per opportunity, CAC-to-pipeline ROI
- Speed-to-lead, lifecycle progression, nurture conversion
- 6+ years in demand gen, growth marketing, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)
- Proven success generating measurable pipeline through multi-channel programs
- Strong CRM + marketing automation experience (Hub Spot/Salesforce/Marketo/etc.)
- Highly analytical, ROI-focused, and comfortable owning dashboards/attribution
- Strong communicator with ability to align Sales + Marketing around pipeline outcomes
- High-energy, hands-on, fast-moving operator with high standards
This is a remote/work-from-home role and the salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 per year.
