• Translate the Chief Customer Officer’s strategic priorities into actionable plans
• Lead programs to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and manage Customer Success operations
• Prepare executive-level materials and synthesize customer insights for decision-making forums
• Collaborate with various departments align around customer-focused goals

• 3-5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program leadership in a healthcare setting
• Strong background in corporate strategy with the ability to implement customer-focused priorities
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions and align teams on customer strategies
  
  Exceptional executive communication skills and experience in presenting complex insights
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives

• Experience in healthcare technology and consulting
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies or customer-facing consulting engagements
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing customer priorities
