Access Management Analyst

Overview

NTT DATA currently seeks a Role-Based Access Management Analyst to join our team for a remote position. W2 only - No agencies or vendors. Candidate MUST be able to work on NTT DATA payroll.

• Facilitate and work with Human Resources(HR) and Local Market resources to analyze the needs of users and group them into roles based on common job responsibilities.
• Develop and document processes and responsibilities for role maintenance
  -Planning for periodic reviews and certification of roles with HR and Market stakeholders
  -Define strategy and process for assigning roles to users
  -Define strategy and process for managing user access rights
  -Ensure all processes account for Segregation of Duties(SOD) and protect sensitive data.
• Lead reviews of, analyze, and create detailed documentation of IAM processes, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts.
• Document procedures, policies, and controls for work within scope of this position; organize and make documentation easily accessible; ensure content quality through editing and analysis.
• Research end-user access related problems and provide accurate resolution to the user community in a timely and effective manner.
• Advise management on information security policies, standards, procedures, security violations and security risks.
• Lead and organize project team meetings using Agile methodology and processes.
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders on risks, their impact, and how well they are managed in a clear, timely and structured manner.
• Assist in managing multiple deliverables in line with team priorities.
• Be the link between users and technical development teams.

• Minimum 2 or more years of experience in a highly regulated healthcare environment with dedicated security administration and security management functions.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Electronic medical record access protocols.
• Experience with user provisioning technologies, application and/or database security administration.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing IAM workflows and automation using industry best practice concepts.
• Understanding of user administration procedures.
• Excellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of and experience with AD administration and IAM systems;
  Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• High School diploma with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
