Position SAP HCM Functional Consultant at MNJ SOFTWARE. You will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products, working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Title SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Experience 3-6 yrs

Job Type Permanent / Contract (depends on project needs or C2H)

Position Type Full time (Monday – Friday). Flexibility to work 9-hour shifts during IST hours (6am-10pm or 6pm-6am). Occasional overtime may be required (unpaid).

Qualification ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc.

Technical/Functional Skills

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Module.
• Experience on at least 1 implementation in SAP HCM; multiple support/rollout projects preferred, ideally on a global scale.
• Strong understanding of integration with FI/CO/PS/SD.
• Well-versed with IDOCs for master data related integration across multiple SAP systems.
• Strong skills in functional requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end-user support and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of HR functional modules PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PTM (Personnel Time Management) and Employee Master Data.
• Experience in CATS/Custom Time Management modules is a plus.
• Good knowledge of payroll integration and travel management tools like Concur (India and international).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
