• Lead the development of analytics and reporting tools that enhance customer visibility into clinical data and operational performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize metrics that align with customer needs and strategic goals
• Utilize advanced analytics and data storytelling to communicate the value proposition of clinical data solutions
• Drive the product development life cycle for data products and dashboards, ensuring they meet quality and timeline standards
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data-driven ROI, supporting sales and marketing teams with compelling presentations

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Management with analytic/data-driven products within healthcare technology
• At least 5 years of experience working with data analytics, business intelligence tools and data visualization
• Proven ability to create and execute product roadmaps while leading cross-functional teams
• Strong technical skills in data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting data insights to executive audiences

• Experience with clinical data standards such as FHIR or HL7
• Familiarity with health plan operations and knowledge of regulatory programs (e.g., HEDIS, Stars)
• Experience with data platforms like Databricks
• Background in payer/provider organizations or health tech platforms
• Certification or experience in Pragmatic Marketing
