Job Summary
Our client is looking for a technology enthusiast ready for an exciting IT career and focus on application development and technology implementation for the business. We're looking for someone who values growth opportunities and exposure to various tech. As a part of this journey, you'll start work within a project team on the development and implementation of Dynamics CRM technical solutions to our customers - from various segments of our lines of business (e.g., office coffee, micro markets, and vending).


Job Responsibilities

• Code and test D365 customer service and field service modules according to technical specification
• Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and test execution ensuring the application or architecture meets agreed quality standards
• Close cooperation with client teams and D365 solutions architect for follow up business requirements
• Supporting the application life cycle management

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in work experience) in Computer Science or Business Administration
• Strong hands on D365 development experience
• Web application development experience (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
• Practical experience with .NET / C# programming and databases
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops

Nice to Have Skills

• Preferred certifications - Customer Service and/or Field Service Certification
• Practical experience with other Microsoft technologies (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS,)
• Practical experience with unit testing
• Practical experience with web JS frameworks (jQuery, React, Type Script)
• Practical experience with PCF Controls
