We're looking for a sharp AI Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform. You'll be the bridge between our engineering team, users, and the market, driving features that make Sea Imagine AI even more intuitive and powerful. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves diving into user feedback, and has a knack for turning complex tech into user-friendly experiences.

• Lead the product roadmap for our AI video and image generation tools, prioritizing features like enhanced model integrations, workflow improvements, and new creation modes.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and launch updates, ensuring they align with user needs—think faster processing, better customization, or seamless integrations with other creative software.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities, such as optimizing our text-to-video or image-to-video workflows.
• Work with marketing to position our platform in the competitive AI space, highlighting unique aspects like multi-model support and reusable outputs.
• Conduct market research on emerging AI trends (e.g., advancements in models like Sora 2 Pro or Vidu Q2) and incorporate them into our strategy.
• Oversee beta testing and iterations, making sure our free and paid tiers (credit-based system) deliver real value.
• Foster partnerships with AI model providers or creative communities to expand our ecosystem.

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in AI, SaaS, or creative tech spaces.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, especially generative models for media—bonus if you've worked with tools like text-to-video or image synthesis.
• Proven track record of launching successful features or products, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills; you can explain technical concepts to non-tech folks and rally teams around a vision.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Figma, or Amplitude.
• A creative mindset—you're not just about specs; you're passionate about how AI can empower storytellers, marketers, and educators.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
