• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques, tools, and coding standards
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve business goals
• Analyze, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy software according to standards
• Champion the use of Dev Sec Ops  practices, tooling, and techniques

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of six years of experience in programming and systems analysis
• Three years of experience in project management preferred
• Hands-on technical leadership experience leading project teams
• Proficiency in one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or Java Script

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Insurance or financial services industry knowledge
• Proven ability to tackle sophisticated business and development problems
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
