• Provide authoritative insights to CIOs in the Financial Services sector regarding risk management initiatives
• Deliver best practices for managing risk that lead to reduced operating losses and improved business results
• Support sales and client service teams by delivering valuable insights to clients and prospects
• Present research and thought leadership at various forums, including client presentations and industry events
• Develop predictions and scenarios related to the future of risk technology and its implications for CIOs

• 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience in a leadership role, with at least 3 years in banking technology
• Strong understanding of Financial Services technology and strategies addressing risk threats
• Excellent communication skills in English; writing experience preferred, with fluency in a second language as an advantage
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data, with the ability to defend conclusions to client challenges
• Demonstrated success in presenting to C-suite executives and engaging in various speaking engagements

• Experience in vendor selection of risk applications from financial services-specific and cross-industry technology providers
• Strong passion for learning about new trends and developments in security for banks globally
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-team settings
