• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Agile software development teams
• Support leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings while managing project risks
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and issues
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the team backlog and prioritizing work
• Monitor team performance and track key metrics while advocating for SAFe agile methodology

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance; preference for candidates with an active DoD clearance
• 2+ years of Agile software development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum in data and software engineering life cycles
• 3+ years of experience with U.S. Army business processes preferred

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with budgeting and financial management processes
