Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Consultant in our Online Security Software Department. This role is essential for helping our Dutch-speaking clients maximize the benefits of our cutting-edge security software solutions. As a consultant, you will provide specialized support, ensuring that clients understand how to use our products effectively to protect their online presence.
Your responsibilities will include delivering product training, troubleshooting issues, and cultivating strong relationships with our clients. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will play a vital role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through expert advice and support.
Responsibilities- Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online security software
- Provide product demonstrations and tailored training sessions to ensure optimal software use
- Identify and resolve technical issues while advocating for client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to communicate client feedback and enhance service
- Remain current on the latest trends in online security and apply insights to client support
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication abilities
- Customer-service oriented with an empathetic and professional approach
- Basic understanding of online security software and technologies is preferred but not mandatory
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in tech support or consultancy, is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in technology and online security is highly beneficial
