Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns targeting CISOs, CIOs, and Information Security leaders at enterprise accounts.
  • Manage inbound leads, ensuring prompt, high-quality qualification and follow‑up.
  • Conduct detailed discovery to identify pain points, business needs, and readiness for security consulting solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing on event coordination, lead nurturing, and campaign support.
  • Maintain accurate and organised data within CRM systems (Hub Spot or Salesforce).
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline creation goals.
  • Deliver a consultative, confident, and insightful communication style suitable for executive‑level prospects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years proven success as an SDR/BDR targeting US‑based enterprise accounts.
  • 2+ years selling Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Consulting services.
  • Fluent, professional English & Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Based in LATAM, able to work during Central Time business hours.
  • Proficiency in modern sales tools: power dialers, sequencing software, Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot or Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience handling both outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
  • Self‑starter with exceptional organisation, accountability, and time‑management skills.
  • Nice‑to‑Have:
    Experience in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, or Panama; event coordination or light marketing background.
