What to Expect- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Agile software development teams
- Support weekly leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings
- Coordinate dependencies between different teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Monitor team performance and track key metrics while identifying and managing project risks
- Champion SAFe agile methodology and coach team members on Agile best practices

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance; preference for candidates with an active DOD clearance
- 2+ years of Agile software development experience
- 5+ years of experience with Scrum specific to data and software engineering life cycles
- 3+ years of experience with U.S. Army business processes preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with budgeting and various financial management processes
