Junior Penetration Tester

• Conduct penetration testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications for the employer's business units
• Write detailed reports on identified vulnerabilities, including impact, reproduction steps, and recommendations
• Utilize a variety of testing techniques, frameworks, and tools to assess security posture
• Develop custom exploits, tools, and automations as required
• Assist business units with queries related to the Invicti web application vulnerability scanning platform

• Strong technical background, with software development experience highly regarded
• Proficient in at least one or two scripting or general-purpose programming languages
• Deep affinity for the Linux command line, including coreutils and Bash scripting for automation and data manipulation
• Solid understanding of TCP, HTTP, and related web technologies
• Knowledge of common types of web application vulnerabilities (XSS, SQL Injection, SSRF, etc.)

• Ability to highlight a tool or technology considered underrated in the resume, with a brief explanation of its significance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
