Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the customer login and portal experience, ensuring usability, security, and scalability
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions with SMB users to identify friction points and unmet needs
  • Define and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on customer experience and AI-driven features
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, data, and AI teams to design intuitive and scalable customer experiences
  • Integrate AI into the customer experience, focusing on personalization, automation, and self-service options
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in customer experience or UX-led products
  • Proven experience managing core customer journeys such as login, onboarding, portals, and dashboards
  • Experience serving SMB customers, with a background in SaaS, software, eCommerce, or retail preferred
  • Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics and metrics
  • Comfortable working in a PM/UX hybrid role, collaborating closely with designers and engineers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in modernizing customer portals or authentication flows
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, automation, or self-service features
  • Background in UX or design, or experience working closely with design teams
  • Knowledge of experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and feature flags
