- Make informed technical design decisions and troubleshoot issues across teams
- Oversee code reviews and ensure consistent engineering practices
- Champion agile development, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and experimentation
- Mentor and onboard new developers and AI engineers effectively
- Collaborate with business stakeholders when necessary to align on objectives
- Work closely with the Technical Chapter Lead to coordinate technical decisions with business strategies
- Represent the team in technical forums, showcases, and architecture evaluations
- Clearly articulate risks and technical constraints to non-technical audiences
- Provide timely updates to the Engagement Lead regarding technical decisions and stakeholder discussions
