Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing
360 IT Recruiter
who sells, recruits, and delivers from the desk and brings deep expertise in a defined IT niche. This is a revenue-driving role for a recruiter who knows their market, understands trends, and can confidently close both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business within your IT niche through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
Sell recruiting solutions directly to hiring managers; act as a market SME
Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Meet or exceed KPIs (calls, interviews, submittals, starts, revenue)

Qualifications

5+ years 360/full-desk IT recruiting experience
Proven success within a
specific IT niche (e.g., Cloud, Dev Ops, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP)
Strong sales, sourcing, and closing skills
Competitive, self-directed, metrics-driven
