Digital Menu Board Content Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Menu Board Content contractor to support our Digital Menu Board Product Owner. This individual will be hands-on with content updates and deployment of menu board changes across environments.
This role is a mixture of content operations, technical configuration, and release execution, helping ensure that menu board changes are accurate, timely, and production ready.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced QSR/Retail environment and has experience managing digital signage and content from development through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management and Updates
-Create, modify, and maintain digital menu board content including:
-Menu items, pricing, promotions, daypart rules and disclaimers
-Layout adjustments and content sequencing
-Ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and adherence to operational rules - Partner closely with the Product Owner on:
-Content change requests
-New rollouts
-Iterative enhancements and optimizations
Development and Configuration Support
-Configuration and implementation of new digital menu board enhancements - Support testing of:
-New layouts
-Conditional logic (dayparting, location-specific rules, promotions)
-Hardware specific behaviors
-Troubleshoot content or configuration issues
Deployment and Release Execution
-Deploy approved menu board updates across production environments - Follow defined deployment processes and change windows - Validate deployments post-release to ensure:
-Content is live as expected
-No regressions or display issues
-Coordinate with stakeholders when issues arise and assist with rollback or correction as needed
Quality, Documentation, and Communication - Maintain basic documentation for:
-Content standards
-Deployment Steps
-Known issues and workarounds - Communicate clearly with:
-Product Owner and Management
-Internal Stakeholders
-Vendor or platform partners as needed

Skills & Qualifications
* -Experience supporting large scale digital signage rollouts (hundreds or thousands of locations).
-Comfortable working with Product Owners and Agile teams.
-Strong visual QA skills to validate layouts, logic, and onscreen accuracy.
-Understanding of dayparting, location specific rules, and other dynamic content logic.
-Ability to maintain clear documentation (standards, deployment steps, known issues).
-Strong organization skills and able to manage multiple content updates at the same time.
-Capable of troubleshooting CMStodevice connectivity issues.
-Effective communicator who can work with internal teams and external vendors.

* This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, OH.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
