QA Analyst; Data & AI

Our client, a leading organization in data-driven solutions, is seeking a QA Analyst (Data & AI) to join their team. As a QA Analyst (Data & AI), you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting collaboration with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Execute test cases and test scenarios for data pipelines, BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics built on Databricks
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency using SQL and scripting tools
• Support data quality checks and reconciliation activities across source and target systems
• Develop and execute UAT test cases, assisting business users during UAT cycles and documenting defects
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to ensure testing aligns with sprint goals and release timelines

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data and analytics projects with a focus on testing and validation
• Intermediate SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation
• Experience with functional and regression testing, and familiarity with defect tracking tools
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks
