Your Role & Responsibilities

* Lead functional QA testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications, workflows, modules, and integrations

* Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, regression test suites, and test scripts

* Validate PLM enhancements, configurations, product structures, change management processes, and integrations

* Perform defect identification, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams for resolution

* Support release cycles by ensuring readiness through thorough end-to-end validation

* Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and full coverage of business needs

* Assist with UAT planning, execution, and documentation

* Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements in QA processes

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

* 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with significant exposure to PLM systems

* Expert-level experience with Siemens Teamcenter (mandatory)

* Strong background in functional testing of PLM applications

* Solid understanding of PLM configurations, workflows, structures, and integrations

* Experience with QA methodologies, regression strategies, and defect lifecycle management

* Working knowledge of JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience with additional PLM tools (Windchill, Agile PLM, ENOVIA, Arena, etc.)

* API testing or automation experience

* Background supporting engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or medical device environments

* Experience validating data migration or multi-system integrations

Education & Certifications You Need

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

* QA/testing certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are helpful but not required

* Competitive Compensation - You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits!$124,000-$139,000 annually or $70-$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
