• Support operational needs of the Sales team through quota maintenance, territory alignment documentation, and user provisioning
• Analyze data and develop reports to identify insights that enhance commercial performance
• Maintain comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators and business outcomes
• Redesign processes within Sales and the broader commercial organization to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with Software/Product Management teams to define business requirements for internal tools, including

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2+ years of professional experience (including internships) or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Interest or experience supporting B2B SaaS or high-tech customer organizations; experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus

• Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Snowflake
• Interest or experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business analytics
