Job Summary:

The Data Analyst / Power

BI Developer role, an integral part of the Business Intelligence team, will be working within several areas of the Sharecare data environment. The role will work very closely between the BI, Account Management, and Product teams, to ensure facilitation of self-serve and standardized reporting for both internal and external needs.

This role will do deep-dives into analytics on the relevant member populations, including health-based outcomes, assessment completion, earning of incentives, site usage, challenge participation, and more.

Sharecare is looking for a self-motivated team member who can delve into enormous datasets and solve business problems both with visual dashboards and ad-hoc SQL queries.

• Solving for ad-hoc and standardized data reporting needs, via production of efficient code
• Suggestions for turning consistently similar ad-hoc requests into more scalable solutions
• Investigate data anomalies
• Understanding the Sharecare data ETL process
• Liaison between BI and Account Management teams

• Expert in SQL - preferably Vertica (3+ Years)
• Expert in Power
  
  BI development – beyond dashboards, this would include Power Automate and more advanced modeling and architecture(3+ Years)
• Advanced excel (pivots and vlookups)
• Proven skills in how best to layer in AI solutions
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must enjoy working in a team environment and on multiple projects at once
• Excellent attention to detail

Bachelor's in a quantitative field

3+ years in an analytical role
